lovely 3 bedroom house in Haywards Heath. Looking for 3/4 bedroom Brighton
I have a 3bedroom house in Cuckfield Haywards Heath. 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller. Large frontroom and kitchen. Bathroom upstairs with bath with shower and toilet. Toilet downstairs also. Large back garden with side gate. Very nice and quite area with all nice people.
my property is downland housing and is around £110-140pw
I would like a 3/4 bedroom house in Brighton and Hove as I would like to be near my children it needs to be a house or something with own garden as I have dogs. I would consider all areas really. If you like the sound of this please email me.

Beautiful Flat
Hi there, firstly, thanks for looking.
We need to be near our Daughter and family, because we are getting on a bit and need her as our carer.
We live in a lovely ground floor flat in the nicer part of Nuneaton, (Weddington).
It is in a 2 storey block of 8 flats, 2 of which have already been bought. We had this valued 2 years ago with a view to buying this and it was valued at £130K
We have had all new double glazing put in 2 years ago.
We love our flat, and it is all newly decorated to a high standard. Although it is Council property we have paid for all this ourselves.
LOUNGE. 14ft x 13ft. large 6ft, bay window looks out onto lovely gardens. Our lounge and bedroom are both south facing, which means we get the sun all day.
KITCHEN. 10ft x 8ft
We have had a new beech fitted kitchen put in ourselves 2 years ago with ceramic sink and brand new built under electric oven and gas hob.
BEDROOM.14ft x 10ft it has a 10ft x 18ins
Fitted dressing work area with 2 sets of drawers and 2 cupboards under, which will also be included. (If desired).
It has been decorated to a very high spec, with all the latest colours with a 6 foot built-in wardrobe with sliding mirrors and about 3 foot deep. Again must be seen.
BATHROOM. 7ft X 5.6ft.
This year we had a new 6 foot walk-in shower put in and tiled, floor to ceiling with new toilet, wash-hand basin and new radiator all at our expense. Must be seen, it is stunning.
SMALL STUDY/UTILITY ROOM. Is 4.5ft x 7ft.
I use this for my washing and Computer work.
GARDEN. Lovely shared
We are 1 hour by train from London, ½ from Birmingham.
Shops and bus routes on the end of the street.
1 mile from town centre.
Neighbours are very quiet and friendly.
We are a retired couple, and are very proud of our home, and need to move because of our failing health, because we would not leave our lovely flat if we didn’t have too.
