3 Bedroomed House in Horley, Surrey.
We have a wonderfully large kitchen/dining room area (only 3 years old), bathroom (new 3 years ago) with shower, lounge and three bedrooms (one double and 2 large single). Huge big cupboard space upstairs and two more big cupboards downstairs! Good size hall way which I have turned into an office area. Double glazing and central heating throughout. We have a nice front garden which is a decent size with shrubs and bushes. The back garden is smaller and low maintenance with shrubs which is a nice private area to relax in, we have a high-rise pond which can be removed if required.
There is off road parking in a communal parking area and you can hire a garage at an extra cost if required which is at the end of the terrace. Pictures are available on request.
Horley town is a lovely town of only 132,000 people. Crime figures are well below the national average. We are a slow 10 minute walk to the town, train station and bus stop. We have good links to London and the Coast from here. Gatwick airport is not far away and handy for those holidays, but the planes do not come over our house! Nice area of Horley, not an estate and have lived at this house for 6 years and overall in Horley since 1989. Nice neighbors, friendly and hassle free!! Only reason for moving is we have just got married and want a fresh start.

I Have a Beautiful 2 Bed flat in Brighton(Seaviews) Need South London Swap
I live in Kemptown in Brighton. My flat has a large living room with balcony overlooking the sea (panoramic views). It has one large and one medium bedroom and quite small kitchen. Its very close to the sea (7minute stroll) and 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Brighton. It's in Kemptown village which has everything you need and is close to very nice schools.
I want to move to Croydon (or surrounding area's) to be near family and work. I love this flat and am reluctant to move, but do need to.

I live on the quiet side road (not on the state) next to the park, 10 min. walk from Oval underground station. All facilities like doctor, dentists, primary and secondary schools, post office, shops, are within walking distance and King's College Hospital is 10 min. walk. My ground floor flat is situated in a small block of flats, eight in total, and most are privately owned. There is large communal area at the back, all very secure and secluded, ideal for children to play, and barbecues. The park is just across the road and has excellent, newly build facilities for children and tennis courts. There is no restriction on parking and a garage is available. I live in quiet and very friendly neighbourhood community, and had been here now for nearly nine years. My flat has two double bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. There is gas central heating and the Council is putting new PVC windows soon. My only reason for exchange is that I love gardening and would like to live in a house with garden. I’m looking to move to Surrey, Sussex or Kent. Would consider any nice and quiet area, but not on the estate.
