looking to move to stirling or kilmarnock
I have a 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of dunfermline, with a front and back garden. I live in a semi detached house and have quiet neighbours. A new bathroom and kitchen were fitted last summer. I have lived here for 11 years, I am looking to move closer to family. The shops are just up the road from me , the buses run every 15 minutes from the end of my street. Asda and tescos are a short bus ride away on the same route, as well as within walking distance. The nursery, primary and secondary schools are all within walkin distance. I am looking to swap to a 3-4 bedroom house, prefrably with a garden as i have 4 kids. I dont mind doing a 3 way swap or more.

Stirling 2 bed house to Sauchie, Callander, Falkirk Or Alloa
My house is 2nd from the end of a six block terrace, away from the road with grass infront. Front garden good size, grass and flower beds fenced in. All rooms good sizes, Sitting room is long and wide with two large windows at either end, has an archway and laminate flooring, hallway (in the middle of being decorated) Kitchen is modern beech cupboards. Front bedroom is wide and long with laminate flooring and two windows,(some neighbours have split this room in two) Back bedroom a good size with laminate aswell. Bathroom is light and airy. Back garden is fenced in with a year old 6 ft fence, long and wide, One third is patio 2 thrids grass with a newly laid pation at the back where my shed sits, (shed is only 6 months old so will move with us unless there is one of similar size with the swapped house.) I will be uploading photos, just got alot on at the mo so will try and do that by the end of the week.
