    2 bedroom flat in taunton, looking for rural somerset 2 beroom flat/in a block of six on two floors in a very quiet part of holway in taunton, other tenants in block our elderly so very quiet and clean.with a balcony which is not over looked and set back from main route, surrounded by trees and shrubs, just been decorated and has shower over the bath, with plenty of storage, good kitchen, nice size bedrooms, and front room, it has a comunial garden, with washing line area and own out side shed.this is our first council tenancy, all our rentals have been in private rural settings so were looking to exchange within a 25 mile radius of taunton,the rent is very cheap at £63 a week and council tax is yet to be set but will be low.     Hi We have a lovely 3 bed terrace house in quiet, rural town of Crewkerne Somerset. 8 mile to Chard,9 mile to Yeovil and about 15 mile to the nearest beach. We are on the border of Dorset. Small front with larger rear enclosed garden (approx 40 foot x 20 foot). Frontroom diner with laminate flooring, open fire and patio doors. Economy 7 heating throughout. Smallish kichen. Small seperate toilet and bathroom. 2 double bedrooms with 1 smaller (not box room). Close to all amenities as small town so everything within walking distance. FANTASTIC neighbours and neighbourhood. We need a 3 bed (or larger) property within a half hour commute of Southampton, Eastbourne, Cardiff or Plymouth as I will be attending Uni at one of these in September. We are wanting to move the first week in July. House decor or size not important but neighbourhood is.     The search option does not allow for preferences in more than one area, but I would happily consider Dorset, Devon, Hampshire, Wiltshire or others.
