    Lovely 2 bed semi detached house in quiet cul-de-sac, Nice quiet area with neighbours of all ages... This house is situated at end of the cul-de-sac on corner plot, with drive and large south facing rear garden. At the moment we are putting up a new fence in garden and have recently finished laying 2 new patios. We have sun ALL day. Nothing behind house apart from field. House is old type with GCH and DG windows and doors. We have a brick built shed at side of house which we currently use as utility room, we've put new roof adjoining the house and shed together and doors at either end. 2 double bedrooms, upstairs bathroom. Large lounge, Kitchen isn't huge but totally functionable. This really is a lot of house and garden. ONLY reasons for moving is 1..we need an extra bedroom, 2..Due to family illnesses down south (surrey) we need to get back a little closer to cut down on travelling.     Lovely new build house in a small village. Enclosed garden with patio. Off road parking for 2 cars on the drive. Situated in quiet cul-de-sac. Close to shop, school, bus stops, post office. Five minute walk to endless countryside - great for dog walking. All rooms in the house are a good size. Kitchen is large kitchen diner and both bedrooms are double rooms. Power shower fitted. Please note this is a 2 bedroom house so there is not a downstairs toilet. Also, we have storage heaters, not everyone's cup of tea I know, but they are modern and pretty good but please, no more time wasters... Please ask any questions you like.. :-) Looking for 3 bed house or bungalow preferably in surrounding Northamptonshire villages and towns but other areas considered e.g. Kingsthorpe (Welford Rd; Acre Lane; Obelisk Rise areas) Grange Park, Upton, Mereway and surrounding areas. But, that said, I'm open to ideas so drop me a line - won't take anything less than a 3-bedroom house or bungalow though! No flats or maisonettes, sorry.     hi i have a nice cosy 2 bedroom house in a nice part of wellingborough,close to train station,park,school,shop,pub and hairdressers.
    the neighbours are nice and keep themselves to themselves.town is not too far away to walk but there is also a bus service that runs into town.
    i am only looking to move as i now have a boy and a girl and i need the extra room for my daughter. i would like a 3 bedroom either in the town area of wellingborough or kingsway estate.
