    hello i have a 3 bed but can be turned into 4 bed council house.Beautiful house been re-plastered through out and newly decorated the only rooms that need a lick of paint is kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. My house has a very large enclosed garden and is close to shops pubs and local schools. My neighbours are very nice people and i just need to move nearer to family asap. I would like to move to cromer or surrounding village plz.

    1 bed flat North Walsham for 1 bed bungalow Norfolk or Suffolk. Multiway exchange possible?

    I have a wonderful 2nd floor flat on a small and quiet housing association development in North Walsham. We are 4 miles from lovely beaches at the coast and there are pleasant views from front and rear windows.The rooms are large, living room (18 x 10) bedroom (15 x 10) and bright, with large windows. The bathroom has just been remodelled. We are tucked away and quiet here but less than a 2 minute walk to the town center and bus stops. Sainsburys is a 3 minute walk. The bus to Norwich is hourly and takes around 40 minutes. There is a train station here (7 minute walk) with hourly trains to Norwich (25 minute journey time). The weekly rent is £67 but this includes constant central heating and hot water. The main reason I want to move is that I have a dodgy knee and would like a 1 bedroom bungalow. I would like semi-detached or end-terrace. Not mid-terrace. A small garden would be nice but not essential. I will consider any area between North Walsham and Norwich - and south of Norwich in the direction of Thetford, Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. A multiway exchange a possibility?     Postcode CO15 1EN deantolley@aol.com We have a 3 bedroom house which is an end terrace (row of three). We have one neighbour next to us. The house is a housing association property and is approximately 15 years old. The rent is currently £104 per week and the council tax is Band B. New UPVC double glazed windows were fitted at the end of March 2008. We have lived here since January 1998 and have happily raised our 4 children here. We have a drive at the side of the house which holds our caravan and 2 cars. There is also side gate access to the rear garden. The front garden is small and open planned. We have bushes around the edge. As you enter through the front door, into the hall, to your left is a downstairs cloakroom (WC) next on the left is the kitchen, which is in our opinion a decent size and houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and separate larder freezer. Directly facing the front door is the lounge/diner. There is a built in cupboard which is ideal for storing hovers etc. We have a large leather 3 piece suite and a dining room table for 6. This is a nice sized room and has french doors leading out to the garden which has a patio, grassed, and barked area with a small pond. From the hall the stairs lead up to 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, airing cupboard and loft access. Bedroom 1 is double with double built in cupboards, bedroom 2 is also a double with a single built in cupboard, which could be used as a wardrobe or shelved as we have it at the moment. Bedroom 3 is basically a box room, but is not too small. There is a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The airing cupboard is big and has lots of storage space. The bathroom is of an average size and has a bath, sink and WC. There is a large loft. We are a 2 minute drive from the beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. We have the usual superstores here plus a market. The train station is a 5 minute drive and has direct links to London. Colchester is approximately 20 minutes by car. There are good links there by train or bus. We are looking to move to Suffolk/Norfolk as our children will be going to college there this September. We would prefer a property with a dining room and open fires.
