Northamptonshire to Leicester
I have a three bedroom house set in a cul-de-sac in a village location in Northamptonshire. It has a downstairs bathroom and toilet with the biggest bedroom upstairs being the length of the house. It has a large back garden with alot of potential and an enclosed front garden which can be made into a driveway although there is allocated parking to the front of the house. The primary school is just around the corner with local shops including a dentists, doctors, chemists andpost office only a short walk away. It is on a bus route and easy access to the M1. I am looking for a three bedroom house in Leicester, decorative condition not important as long as in good condition.

nice big three bed semi,, been made into a two, can easily put back to three. third bedroom has been extended into master bedroom that has been made into a walk in wardrobe with a separate office space. second bedroom is also a large room and bathroom is reasonably sized all upstairs and hallway have been replasterd and decorated barring the bathroom.. Downstairs there is a large living room come dinner., the kitchen has recently been refurbished with lots of cupboard space with built in hob and cooker. leading from the kitchen there is a wooden built conservatory followed by a large decked area surrounded by grass and shrubs. on the front of the house there is a driveway and a grassed area.. would love to stay as the house has lots of prudential.. but due to family circumstances need a fresh start.. would like to have a large house again.. but would consider a big two bed if there is any?? not to fussed on what condition house is in im prepared to do the work if need be.. will consider most areas so ring me on 07855847356 jim
