from Blackpool to Birmingham
anyone looking for a change.
I would like to move to Birmingham. the house i live in
is a big four bedroom one (3 are really decent size), bathroom, 2 toilets (one on each floor), L-shaped kitchen, lounge, dining room, and another room downstairs that can be made into another lounge, bedroom, or even breakfast room (really up to you. also garage and attic (insulated) updated central heating (combi boiler), electric shower, massive back garden (perfect for children) - well kept so not much to do unless you want to change it completely, smaller front garden and driveway with space at least for two cars.
The house is situated in a quiet area (not a council estate) - it is cul-de-sac with only 6 houses (used to belong to a public school nearby), the rest is a nice residential area, not far to the sea with lovely new promenade in Cleveleys, access to bus and tram stop, few min drive to ASDA, Freeport and other shops (in Fleetwood) or into opposite direction (shopping centre in Cleveleys).
what i am looking for is a house of similar standards but max with 3 bedrooms - they don't have to be big either (i.e. garden, central heating, double glazing, not requiring much to do to improve it), ideally in a quiet area if you thinking of changing the scene completely please contact me. I would prefer location in one of these areas: Kings Heath, Kings Norton, Northfield, Bournville, Rednal, Cotteridge, Stirchley, Walsall West, Bromwich, but also open to suggestion.
