    I have a beautiful One Bedroom Bungalow in North London. I am situated just off Oakley Road North nearest tubes being Arnos Grove and Totteridge & Whetstone overground being New Southgate. I have been here for 3 years now and really dont want to move however I work from home and am finding it difficult to work and live in the same environment hence why I am now looking for an extra room. I have a very large back garden which has had decking laid down really lovely in the summer as the sun stays on the garden all day long. Along with front garden too. Parking off street and front lawn. New kitchen and bathroom and original wood flooring throughout. Looking to move to Barnet, Cockfosters or Oakwood. Will consider other areas local. Ideal for a couple and is adapted for people with disabilities. Bedroom has Fitted mirror wardrobes along one stretch of wall. Very modern and a must see! I am looking for 2+ bedrooms ideally a house with garden. This is a lovely bungalow and I would not be willing to give it up for a flat or maisonette houses only please.

    i have a 1bed first floor flat in ware in a block of 9 flats 1 privately owned, nicely decorated. gch combi boiler 2 years old and very cheap to run,power shower+bath, due to have new bathroom in march.communal garden well looked after maintained by the 2 older residents in the block nice place to sit in the summer months and all are very friendly, fenced all round and secure ideal if u have a dog.loads of kids outside toys so safe for them also.its not on a council estate mostly private nice neighborhood close to shop, park, bus stops,pub,takeaway 10-15 minute walk to town, train station direct route to london liverpool street.i;m looking to move to clacton,walton.and surrounding area dont mind any where along the colchester to walton rail link,would ideally like a ground floor but no higher than first as i have disabillities.also need to be near family in kirby cross and clacton also very happy to do multi swaps).. sitting room is 14x10ft, bedroom 14x8ft, hall 7x8ft, . train takes u to london liverpool street via broxbourne tottonham court road seven sisters etc. .very nice town which has a lovely park .lots of country walks beautiful along the river lee. if there is any more u need to know just let me know.. 07854140963

    Lovely 2 bed House on the south side of Borehamwood

    We have a lovely 2 bed house on the southside of Borehamwood. The first room is massive and is the whole of the front of the house. It has built in wardrobes as well and is carpeted. The second room is a good sized double, also with built in wardrobes. We have a nice sized garden with patio and grass, and the front garden is small so needs minamal attention. We have a seperate toilet and bathroom which is nicely decorated with white tiling with black patterns. Our front room is a nice size and we also have a bay window which makes it nice and light. The kitchen is fairly new and in very good condition, we have an entry to the door for the back garden and that has 2 cupboards which are very big so great for storage, one which goes right under the stairs. Its in good decorotive order.
