    We have recently had a new baby so now with us and our three children we require a 3 bed house. It is a fife council house so ideally looking for council swap or other housing association On offer is our 2 bed house which is 2 double bedrooms, and the house also has a box room. It has a large living room which runs from front to back of house, a kitchen, bathroom upstairs. Front and back gardens, driveway and garage. With it being in Dairsie it is in a highly desirable area and the village is a lovely place to bring up children with a fantastic school (we are devastated we are having to move). We are looking for a 3 or more bed house, with decent sized living room. It must have a back garden at least but front would be good too. We both drive so hoping to have a driveway and if not at least enough space to park our two cars We are looking to move to broughty ferry, monifieth, carnoustie areas or to stay in fife as we both have family in the area and with having the 3 children now need the support of our families.

    Hi all, so as the title says. i am looking for a mutual exchange (this means you must have either a council or housing association house and want to swap) I have a 2 bedroom mid-terraced house in Rosyth. In a good state of repair we hae recently fitted a kitchen with appliances to the house. also my H.A fitted new combi boiler, bath, electric fire to the house. there is laminate flooring throughout the lower level of the house. The bedrooms: main bedroom very big neutral decorated recently. 2nd room is a large single room, although we have a double in there with all the furniture comfortably. bathroom can be doing with a bit tlc due to the new bath being fitted. Kitchen is fine and doesnt need any work done. living room is a fair size neutrally decorated. could do with a lick of paint. upstairs the rooms are carpeted and the carpets are only about a year old. the gardens: front garden: used as a driveway with gates, fully enclosed. Back garden: huge garden, partially slabbed partially grass. currenly has a shed and 13ft trampoline in as well as my kids other outdoor toys. Location: The house is located in a small quiet street just round the corner from the co-op which also has a pharmacy and post-office within.
