    3/4 bedroom terraced house just off of Clayhill road,Vange,Basildon. The house has 2 double bedrooms,1 single and a small room downstairs which is currently used as a bedroom for my teenager,it has a door to the back garden. The bathroom is ustairs. Downstairs there is a lounge with doors to the back garden, large hallway which accomodates a table and 6 chairs plus my computer workstation.Kitchen with room for fridgefreezer,dishwasher,washing machine,tumble drier etc,lots of wall and floor cupboards. Cloakroom with toilet and sink. The back garden is mostly patio with a metal storage shed plus room for 8ft trampoline,there is also a back gate. The front garden is small but secure with fencing and gate. In front of the house is a newly built car park so you can see your car from the house. The neighbours are friendly. We are 30 seconds from Bardfield primary school which can be accessed from a road bridge so is nice and safe for kids.There are local shops with cashpoints, doctors,dentist,library and take aways very close by. The bus stop to town is about 1 min from the house. I am looking for a 4 bedroomed house as close to Basildon town centre as possible although i will consider other areas. Preferably with a garage or/and driveway. A large back garden would be lovely too.

    Hello, I have a 2 bed, ground floor maisonette in a cul-de-sac in Little Waltham Chelmsford and I am looking for a mutual exchange to a property the other side of town. I am looking to move as close to Moulsham Infants school as possible. I have my own front door and driveway with space for 2 cars. The lady above me has her door and driveway the other side of the building. The only thing that we share is the garden which she rarely uses and has a shed in that is for my use. I have lived here for approx 2.5 years and I have only seen the lady upstairs twice. Little Waltham is a lovely area with lots of fields near by whilst still only being 5 miles from the centre of Chelmsford and an even shorter drive to the A12, Springfield, Boreham and Great Waltham. There are golf courses, churches, doctors, playing fields, a park, school, play school, mother and toddler group, pubs and a sports hall all within a few minutes’ walk from my home. This really is a lovely area and property and the only reason I want to move is to try and get my son into Moulsham infant’s school when he starts as my mum looks after him while I work and she can only pick up from Moulsham as she is a childminder.
