    I live in the centre of Manchester, five minutes walk from Picadily Gardens, in a ground floor one bed flat with a shared garden, and a privat car parking area. I am looking for a quiet area in Brighton with one bedroom, on the first or second floor with a loft/attic to store my spare stuff/junk into. I need to move to be closer to friends in the south east of England in either Brighton or East Sussex area. Able to install sky tv or already having sky tv an adavantage.

    I live only 4-5 miles from the centre of Brighton but due to full time college commitment starting September I want to move closer to Lewes Road in Brighton. I'm looking for 2 bedroom with garden cottage/house council right to buy for exchange with my first floor (top)maisonette/flat 1/2 bed council with rtb free parking 3 minutes walk to the sea quiet neighbours, shared garden with 3 but no one uses it, bus stop 1 minute walk and it goes straight to North Lanes in Brighton and town centre (takes about 15-20 minutes). Large loft which can be converted and second room can be extended if needed, I use it as a bedroom as it fits single bed and there is a radiator and a window but it's not classed as a bedroom, these extra rooms are hard to find these days so I won't exchange with anyone with 1 bed, sorry.
