somerset to torquay area i have a 3/4 bed town house on a new sought after housing development in north petherton, just outside bridgwater, there are only a handful of houses in this area that are owned by housing association, the rest are privately bought, i live opposite a lovely big green that is ideal for the kids to play on, they are in the process of building a new primary school which will be opened in sept 2010, the local secondary school is 15-20 min walk away, they are building new shops etc.. the local town is near by within walking distance, and the bus stop and doctors is less than 5 mins away, this is not on a council estate and is in a lovely area on the outskirts of town, i have a driveway for 2 cars and a large back garden, the top floor comprises of a large master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, and an extra room which i use as a fourth bedroom it is big enough for a double bed and a few bits of furniture, on the 2nd floor there are 2 even sized bedrooms which fit double bed, wardobe etc.. also the family bathroom is on this floor on the 1st floor there is a living room, kitchen and downstairs toilet, the living room has french doors which leads to the back garden which is fenced in, the house has full gsh,

Okehampton.. Seeking Crediton or surrounding Area We are looking for a exchange from Okehampton to Crediton or the surrounding area. The other zone seems to be the family area and barbecues happen in the summer and parents are seen to play rounders down the green at the end with the youngsters.
It works really well and seems to merge creating a good atmosphere.

2 bed nw London to Devon I have a two bed end terrace council house with the right to buy.

There is also two main bus routes to York and Market Weighton for connections to Hull and Beverley.

my current property has a large residents only car park and access is via a door entry system so security is good. this property would suit a family with older children or those who love the night life (not noisy, just saves on taxi fares!). take aways, shops and pubs are all within 2 mins and the town centre is less than a 5 min walk away. it only takes 10 mins to get to the hoe too.

The place we live in is a much desired area of Cwmbran called Llanyravon, which is 1.5 miles from the town centre and 5 miles from Newport. Our back garden is next to the playing fields of the local primary school, and the senior comprehesive school is a 10-15 minute walk from us. We have several local shops about 5 minutes away, and there is also a dentist there. We have a doctors' practice opposite the primary school. Our local bus stops just up the road, and we have some lovely walks, with 2 parks and a boating lake just minutes away from our house.

We have a two bed 2nd floor flat in exmouth. It is close to local shops, main supermarket and sat on doorstep of local school and playpark. It comes with a garage but there is also adequate parking too. There are drying facilities also. The flat has a large living room, a large main bedroom and a smaller 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is in reasonable condition. And so is the bathroom. It has double glazing, central heating and a gas supply. The water is metered so works out cheaper if you are a single person or couple. The neighbours are friendly and not nosy which is always a bonus. There is a lovely pub less than 5 mins up the road and as i mentioned before the school is less than 2 mins away. It is an ideal location if you wish to downsize.

3-4 bed semi lovley fremington village north devon want 3 bed cornwall/peterborough 3-4 bedroom older type house, semi detached in the lovley village of fremington north devon.
The village has a spar shop, costcutters, post office, fish shop, chemist, doctors, 2 inns, a chinese resteraunt, hair dressers, infant and junior school with grest reports. Buses every ten mins through out the day.
