This house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs which could be used as a dining room. The house benefits from large garden to the rear and ok sized front garden. The house is next to the train station, close to bus stop, 3 local primary schools in town and High School either in Kirkcaldy or Lochgelly. Local shops including Tesco 5 minutes walk. Leisure Centre in the town of cardenden and lots of out of school facilities i.e. cubs, girl guides, tae kwon-do, boxing etc. The local primary schools offer breakfast clubs and after school clubs for the working parents. Cardenden is situated between 2 towns for high street shopping including Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes and local farmer markets, also close by to the famous Sunday Kinross Market for all the excellent deals. Cardenden is a half hour drive from the famous city of Edinburgh, the train service runs every half hour to Edinburgh. Our house is laminate flooring throughout with timber floored kitchen. The council has completed renevations on this property including new kitchen, roof and harling which has all been completed in the last 2 months.

Bungalow In Welshpool
This is a 1 bedroom 2 person bungalow with recently fitted double glazing and new doors front rear. Close to all amenities such as hospital, leisure center, 3 supermarkets withing 800 yards, buses and railway station just as close and yet, this is a Market Town with the rural areas on the doorstep and a narrow gauge railway that goes through the heart of the beautiful Mid Wales countryside.
The bungalow sits in a small complex, not an estate, and the neighbours are good as one can find anywhere. We want to move to Scotland to be closer to our families who are in the Ayrshire and Western Isles and as we are older we would like a rural area in one of these but will consider all areas of Scotland.
